For breakfast, I enjoyed an array of fresh fruits alongside a modest selection of local dishes, though I anticipated a wider spread. Despite the limited options, the flavors spoke to the region's culinary roots. As a single traveler passionate about marine conservation, I appreciated the hotel's dedication to sustainability, evident in their menu choices. The 24-hour front desk service was efficient. The room service did leave room for improvement, as my late-night tea delivery was slightly delayed. While the culinary experience was satisfactory, a few enhancements could elevate Calista to an even higher level.
